How are measurements calculated?

We do our best to provide you with the most accurate description and images of each item. Hip and waist measurements will be doubled, eg: a 15” waist measurement taken flat will be listed as 30”. See graphic below, but please keep in mind: all measurements are taken with the clothing laying flat.

What are the measurements of the mannequin in some of the photos?

For reference, the mannequin measurements as seen in some of the listings are as follows:

chest 34.6''; shoulder 15.75"; waist 26.8"; hips 34.6"; neck 12.6''

Measurements are not taken on the mannequin. Every item is measured laying flat on a table.

How are clothing conditions categorized?

NWT: New with tags / Never worn

NWOT: New condition—tags not attached

Excellent : Excellent condition—minimal signs of wear on clothing.

Very Good: Some wear to item. Signs of use, but still great condition. If there are flaws or other issues, they will be noted in the description.

Good: It may be preowned with some obvious wear, but hey…it’s new to you and you’ve gotta have it! There may be a stain, snag or other flaw…we’ll make sure to take photos and note any imperfections we see.

We don’t source and sell products that are less than '“Good”.

Can preowned clothing be returned?

All sales of preowned clothing are final. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Please read the entire description thoroughly for all listed items and contact us to ask your questions regarding fit and condition BEFORE making your purchase. Item prices are not negotiable.

Are these clothing items cleaned?

Once we acquire the item, every piece of clothing is laundered (water-based cleaning with detergent using a washer and dryer) and disinfected. Delicate items will be hand washed. We will attempt to remove stains if any are present. If needed, clothing will also be ironed or steamed to remove wrinkles. Clothing will NOT be laundered if original tags are attached or if appears to be new without tags.
